V.Qualification / Confirmation Of Qualification
VI.Medical
VII.First Aide/CPR updates
In our commitment to our Client/Company, D’s Selective Placement Home & Health Care Provider will provide only qualified candidates for the position.
A payment agreement is signed by the client/company after which an employee will be sent to the position with an ID badge and time sheets.
At every first visit please call to varify that your caregiver is a staff of D's Selective Placement Home & Health Care Provider.
Payments must be made it the end of every work week
