Persons interested in Working with D’s Selective Placement Home & Health Care Provider:
- Must complete an Employment Application Form and attend two interviews and an Orientation Session.
- Must have a real desire to be helpful -You should sincerely want to be a health care professional because you enjoy helping others
- Must have a sense of responsibility and dependability - to be present when you are expected.
- A willingness to accept people as they are
- A sincere interest in serving older people; families and people with disability.
- An ability to establish professional relationships with your clients.
- An ability to listen, have good judgment and tactfulness
- Must have Qualification and Certification where needed and/or experience in the field
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be willing to undergo a skin test for tuberculosis and other medical requirements
- Must be willing to undergo a police check
- You must be willing to sign an employment agreement, commitment and Confidentiality Oath
